This practical course mainly involved Manager Wang Haiyang explaining product knowledge and observing the production site. Based on the students' professional directions and characteristics, he provided full accompaniment and explanations, focusing on our company's corporate philosophy, corporate culture, and service targets in the exhibition hall.
The core team members of our company are all from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. They gather together due to a shared value of "gratitude, integrity, learning, and innovation." The team includes experienced technical engineers and innovative young backbone forces, with each person deeply researching in their field of passion.
Through Manager Wang's explanations, the students gained a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the vacuum industry, our company's products, and the competitive advantages of our products in this field. During the visit, Manager Wang patiently explained the questions raised by the students. After the exhibition hall explanation, he led everyone to visit our company's production line in the workshop. During the visit, students established an intuitive impression of the vacuum equipment production line, which was previously only seen in books or heard about from others, now presented before their eyes was truly shocking.
After the workshop visit, Manager Wang organized a brainstorming session and feedback discussion. The students actively spoke up and expressed their feelings and gains from this practical learning experience. The most common feedback was that they previously had little understanding of vacuum equipment or only had vague concepts. This on-site visit helped eliminate many psychological doubts and provided a more intuitive impression of the production and processing of vacuum equipment, which was very beneficial. The students also expressed admiration for Beiyu Company's strategy and focus on technological research and development.
